Items qualify for a refund if returned within 30 days of delivery, in their original condition (unused, unopened, with all tags/packaging). Customized products are eligible only if defective or damaged upon arrival.

- Submit a refund request via email to customer@acceleraaa.shop with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Our team reviews your request within 2 business days and issues a Return Authorization (RA) number plus shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back using the provided label (return shipping is free if the return is due to our error—e.g., wrong item, defect).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You’ll get an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately, no return required in most cases.
