Items qualify for a refund if returned within 30 days of delivery, in their original condition (unused, unopened, with all tags/packaging). Customized products are eligible only if defective or damaged upon arrival.

  2. Our team reviews your request within 2 business days and issues a Return Authorization (RA) number plus shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using the provided label (return shipping is free if the return is due to our error—e.g., wrong item, defect).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You’ll get an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately, no return required in most cases.

Non-Refundable Items
